Data collected
Only what you enter in our forms. “Become a partner site” form: full name, job title, organisation, type of venue, city, approximate number of people on site, phone, email and message (optional). Contact form: name, phone and/or email, message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
To contact you and handle your request (site visit, partnership proposal). Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Recipients
Only the VICI Distribution team has access to your data. Our technical providers (hosting, email) process it solely on our behalf.
Transfers outside Senegal
Our email and hosting providers may store data on servers located outside Senegal. In line with law no. 2008-12, such transfers are only made to providers offering an adequate level of protection.
Retention period
3 years from the last contact, then deleted. If a partnership is signed, the data needed for the contract is kept for its whole duration.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection), forms are protected against automated submissions and access to requests is restricted to our team.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to vicidistribution@gmail.com: we reply within one month. If you have any difficulty, you can contact the CDP: www.cdp.sn. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies, neither advertising nor tracking, and calls no third-party service when pages load (fonts are hosted on the site). That is why no consent banner is shown. The site uses no audience measurement tool.
